GRIP SOCK POLICY
Socks with grips are required at all SLT studios and are available for purchase or for rent ($3). For any questions, call your home studio or visit the front desk.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Please try to arrive prior to class time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to class you will be denied entry for your safety and the experience of all clients. If you are new to SLT you will not be able to join class after it has started.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
No problem! We have a 12 hour class cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before the class start time and the class will be credited back to your account.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY CLASS?
If you need to cancel a reservation, log in to your account, go to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time. If you have trouble cancelling or have any questions, email your local studio.
WHAT IF I DON’T SHOW UP FOR A CLASS THAT I SIGNED UP FOR?
If you are using a class package or single class you will lose your class credit.
NYC, Roslyn, Plainview, Boston, Philly, Short Hills, Hoboken & Bloomfield Hills: If you have a membership, you will be charged a $30 fee for no showing or late canceling your class.
Brooklyn: If you have a membership, you will be charged a $30 fee for no-showing or a $25 fee for late-canceling.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. If you need to cancel less than 12 hours before the class start time, you will lose the class credit.
WHAT IF I NEED TO SWITCH MY CLASS TIME?
Classes cannot be switched less than 12 hours in advance of the start of class. However, you may show up as a walk-in for another class that same day and if a spot is available, it’s yours! Please arrive no earlier then 1 hour for a class drop in.
WHAT IS THE WAITLIST AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
If a class you’d like to take is full, we highly recommend putting yourself on the waitlist. In order to do so, you must purchase a class or series. If you do not get a spot in the class, the class credit will be returned to your account. If a spot opens, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirmation.
All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy, so if you’re added to a class from the waitlist more than 12 hours before the start of class, be aware the 12 hour cancellation still applies. If you no longer want a spot in the class, you will need to remove yourself from the waitlist at least 12 hours in advance of the class. If you are added to the class and fail to remove yourself in time, you will lose the class credit. Please note that the waitlist locks and becomes void at the 12 hour mark – therefore, potential spots in the class are available on a first come first serve basis.
HOW DO I CHECK IF I AM ON THE WAITLIST?
To check your waitlist status, log in to your account, select My Info and click My Schedule. If you got into the class it will say “WAITLIST UNCONFIRMED.” If you do not want this class, be sure to remove yourself or notify us and we’ll cancel your reservation.
DO YOU OFFER A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
We offer a Monthly Unlimited Membership at our NYC/Hamptons, Brooklyn, Roslyn, Plainview, Philly, Boston, and Bloomfield Hills studios. You can book up to (1) one class a day, every day! The Monthly Unlimited Membership auto-renews every month. The day your monthly expires, your account will automatically purchase you another month under the same terms. If you’re a Monthly Unlimited Member and you no-show for or late cancel (less than 12 hours notice) a class you will incur a fee.
HOW DO I PURCHASE A MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
To purchase your Monthly Unlimited Membership please email your local studio.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY UNLIMITED MEMBERSHIP?
If you want to cancel your Monthly Unlimited at any point, email your local studio 3 days prior to the expiration of the current month and we will cancel the auto-renew.
