Julie comes to SLT as a lifelong fitness enthusiast and certified personal trainer. Her experience runs the gamut from feeling the runner’s high as a marathoner to achieving Zen as a devoted yoga practitioner. She will use her background in individual and group training to enhance the experience of everyone who takes her class.  Raised in sunny South Florida, Julie will bring a natural warmth and encouragement to her students while also challenging them to work their hardest.  Prior to following her passion for health and fitness, Julie practiced law in New York City.  With a fierce personality and a natural motivator, you’re sure to get a good workout! 


This fitness cameleon was a dancer for over twenty years, a certified yoga and barre instructor. An overall workout enthusiast, Kerry loves the fitness community and the myriad of options to stay healthy and fit.  You can find her on the subway, green juice in hand, bouncing from studio to studio in the craziest of patterned capris!  

farah goldstein

Farah was a corporate lawyer in her “past life” before finding her groove as a fitness instructor. She parlayed her passions for music and dance into teaching Zumba, which led to also becoming a spin instructor. Willing to try any fitness class, Farah has participated in everything from circuit training to Pilates, and found SLT to be the perfect complement to her cardio workouts, strength training, and hot yoga practice. She is ready to help you change your body, mind, and life with her challenging routines and bumpin’ music!

mandy evans brown

Mandy comes to SLT after having a ten year professional dance career, most notably as a Radio City Rockette. She has danced on stages in England, Scotland, Paris, Tokyo and many cities across the US. She can currently be seen as an actress in several commercials,independent films and tv. Mandy is always looking to keep her dancing body healthy and strong, whether it be ballet class, yoga, swimming or on the Megaformer! She believes the best core workout out there and that having a strong core makes you unstoppable!

Raised in Louisville, KY, Alison developed an early passion for sports and fitness. She was born with an upbeat personality, which lead her to gymnastics and comeptitive cheerleading.  After college at Indiana, she added running, cycling, yoga and pilates and enjoys marathons, which is where she met her husband!  Alison has 2 boys and values them seeing her lead an active and healthy life.  Her career in fitness began after being an elementary School Counselor.  She brings that patience and positivity to SLT but don't let her southern sweetness fool you - Alison's dynamic routines and incredible music will leave you with a challenging workout! 

nicole buBniak

Nicole comes to SLT as health and fitness fanatic. With a background in dance and a registered nurse, she is sure to keep you moving with perfect form and alignment. She fell in love with Megaformer as soon as she stepped foot on it. The heart pumping music and hard core workout had her hooked. Nicole brings sky high energy and passion with every workout she teaches while she educates clients on the how and why of SLT. You will leave her class feeling strong, energetic and of course sweaty. Like they say "better sore than sorry!". 


This busy mom of three and former lawyer-turned fitness enthusiast fell in love with SLT after her first class! Stephanie's passion for being active began in her childhood as she trained as a figure skater and dancer. During her teenage years, Stephanie added playing tennis and running to her repertoire and found her love of fitness. Whether it is her early morning runs, spin classes, or the Megaformer, Stephanie gives 100% to her workouts and now, is thrilled to share that dedication and commitment with her clients at SLT!

Born in England, raised on Long Island, this fitness pro is part sass and all manners.  Having danced and taught various forms of dance and fitness for the majority of her life, Lucy's class is dynamic, challenging, and always connected to the music.  For Lucy, the ultimate workout is difficult, fun, and feels a little bit like a party!
