WHEN DOES THE CLASS SCHEDULE OPEN?
FOR NYC AND HAMPTONS STUDIOS:
The class schedule opens every Tuesday for the following Monday - Sunday. To sign up, go to your desired NYC studio page and click on ‘book a class.’ It will take you to Mindbody. In the upper right hand corner click the ‘Sign up!’ button and follow the instructions.
FOR NEW JERSEY, WESTCHESTER, BROOKLYN & ROSLYN STUDIO:
The class schedule opens on the 23rd of every month. To sign up, go to your desired studio page and click on ‘book a class.’ It will take you to Mindbody. In the upper right hand corner click the ‘Sign up!’ button and follow the instructions.
Do you have locker rooms?
We have cubbies in the room for you to put your personal belongs.
Do you have showers?
No, but we do have lots of goodies for you to freshen up with!
Do you have water?
Yes, we sell water for $1
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your class start time. If it’s your first time at SLT, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior.
What if i arrive late?
It is recommended that you arrive at least five minutes before class. However, we understand that trains may be delayed. In the case that you do not arrive within five minutes of the scheduled time of class for your reserved spot, it may be given to a standby student. Classes must be cancelled 12 hours in advance or your class credit will be forfeited.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move easily in, much like you’d wear to the gym or a yoga class. For both safety and sanitary reasons, we require that you wear socks with a grip on them at most studios.
How old do you have to be to take an SLT class?
14years or older. If you’re under 18, we require a signature from a parent or guardian.
Are there different level classes?
Our standard Megaformer classes are made for and welcome all fitness level types, however, we do offer introductory classes for a slower paced class and hardcore classes for a more intense experience.
Can I take an SLT class if I’m pregnant?
Doctors do not advise to try a new workout while pregnant, especially something as core intensive as SLT. If a client was regularly taking SLT before they got pregnant, they can continue to come as long as they feel comfortable.
